Pastor's Biography
ELDER LOUIS M. SHUFFORD, SR
Our beloved Pastor and founder of The Way of Holiness Church of Jesus Christ Inc, Elder Louis M. Shufford,Sr 
was born in Baltimore, Maryland where he grew, was educated and still resides today with his beautiful wife the former Caroline G. Ferguson. He has 2 children that he truly adores.
In September of 2008 Elder Shufford began to go through a series of test and trials which caused him to lay prostrate before The LORD, Seeking guidance and understanding through Godly Council, Bishop Nathaniel Williams of The Inspired Word Church prayed and fasted for and with Elder Shufford, seeking answers from God to which way he was to go and from this The LORD called Elder Shufford to lay the bricks to what is now The Way of Holiness Church of Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 35:8)
On Sunday December 14, 2008 with a congregation of one, Elder Shufford preached the first message in his living room, to his wife. The following weeks, others began to come which meant that they needed more space, so he moved services into his basement setting it up, anointing it and dedicating it to God.
On July 19, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois, at The Inspired Word Church with Bishop Nathaniel Williams. Elder Shufford was ordained and accepted into the family of The New Born Lighthouse Church of The Apostolic Faith Inc. by the General Overseer, Bishop Winfer Turner and Vice Overseer, Bishop Allen L. Roach.
The vision of this man of God is uncompromisingly clear, build and develop in the hearts of the people, an unwavering Love for Jesus Christ.
